MITCHELL Barbara Sue “Susie” Speer, 71, Mitchell, passed away at 10:00 a.m. Sunday, December 12, 2010, at her residence.
Born July 29, 1939, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Alva Timothy and Renia Mae (Staggs) Brown. She married Ernest Gerald Speer July 14, 1956.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Mitchell Pentecostal Church.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 17, at the Bride of Christ Fellowship with Bro. Jim Russell officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Friends may call from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Friday at the church.
