MITCHELL – Blanche Esther Milligan, 65, passed away at 11:20 p.m. Sunday, June 9, 2013, at her residence.
Born November 12, 1947, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of William Dexter and Ida Elizabeth (Lewis) Milligan.
She had been employed at RCA, Dana Corporation, and retired from Garden Villa. Blanche graduated from Bedford High School in 1965. She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Bedford.

Her parents, and sisters, Della McCord, Martha Milligan, and Mary Fender, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 12, at Haverly Funeral Chapel & Cremation with Rev. Duane Brown officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call 4:00-8:00 p.m. Tuesday, and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral chapel.
