ORLEANS – Cecil Douglas Rowlett, Sr., 67, passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013, at his residence.

Born September 24, 1945, in Bedford, Kentucky, he was the son of Albert and Ethel Rowlett.  He married Linda Faye Hopper October 7, 1963, and she preceded him in death September 23, 1991.

He had been employed at Shelby Trucking.
