BEDFORD —  David Edward Schuley, 50, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital.

Born January 19, 1967, in Orange County, he was the son of Charles and Paula (Abel) Schuley.

David had been employed at General Electric and was a member of the Work of God Church.  He loved photography and being outdoors.  David graduated from Mitchell High School in 1985.

Funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, June 17, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Dwight Dunbar officiating.  Burial will be in Bryantsville Cemetery.

Friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until the service on Saturday at the funeral home.

    My condolences to David's family. We went to school together from first grade through graduation. We spent many VBS weeks at Bryantsville Church, as well. He was a spirited young man.
