MITCHELL — Henry Ellis Blake, 67, passed away at 1:20 p.m. Saturday, August 31, 2013, at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born January 27, 1945, in Cloverport, Kentucky, he was the son of George and Rosella (Holmes) Blake.

Henry retired from Mitchell Crushed Stone and was a member of the Teamsters Union.

His parents; sister, Peggy Davis; and brother, Skeeter Blake, preceded him in death.

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 3, in Mitchell Cemetery.
