MITCHELL — Jack Edward Reynolds, 75, passed away at 10:55 a.m. Monday, July 21, 2014, at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born July 20, 1939, in Mitchell, he was the son of John Edward and Savannah LaVerne (Enochs) Reynolds. He was first married to Wanda Sue Flick and his second marriage was to Audrey V. Kopka November 26, 1974. She preceded him in death April 8, 2008.
Jack had been employed at Mi-Lin Wood Products in Paoli and was a member of the Wesleyan Church.

His parents; wife; and siblings, Norma Jean Graham, Barbara Reynolds, and Bill Reynolds; and a niece, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Thursday, July 24, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Reverend Jerry Richardson officiating.
Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
