MITCHELL – James M. Tow, Jr., 63, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017, at the home of his mother.

Born October 11, 1953, in Lawrence County, he was the son of James M. and Betty J. (King) Tow, Sr.

James was a stone carver and a 1971 graduate of Mitchell High School.

Cremation was chosen with no visitation.
