BEDFORD – Jan Antionette “Toni” Bush, 49, passed away at 6:50 a.m. Thursday, January 17, 2013, at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital.
Born November 22, 1963, in Monroe County, she was the daughter of Janet Fleetwood. Jan married Rayburn Lee Bush July 17, 1993.
She was employed at Steak’N Shake and was a member of ABATE and the Bedford Boat and Sportsman Club. She enjoyed riding her Harley and being with family and friends.

Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Friday, January 18, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Frank Ira officiating.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until the service on Friday at the funeral home.
