MITCHELL – John Wallace Bishop, 73, passed away Saturday, May 20, at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born May 22, 1943, in Tatum Springs, Kentucky, he was the son of Edgar Bishop and Margie (Terrell) Bishop.
John loved music and singing.

His parents and siblings, William Edgar Bishop, Claude Phillip Bishop, Joseph Elmer Bishop, Freddie Duane Bishop, Ima Katherine Jones, Mary Jane Tulayne, and Mina Joyce McCosky, preceded him in death.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, at Mitchell Cemetery with Brother Jim Russell officiating.
