MITCHELL – Judith Ann Van Hoy, 71, passed away at 12:50 a.m. Monday, April 15, 2013, at her residence.
Born July 6, 1941, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Harley and Georgia Maxine (Johnson) Kelley. She married Charles Robert “Bob” Van Hoy June 24, 1966.
Judy was secretary for Van Hoy Heating and Cooling and was a 1959 graduate of Mitchell High School.

grandchildren, Savanna Lee and Charles Seaver Van Hoy
sister, Brenda Richason, Greencastle
Her sons, Scott David Van Hoy and infant Ricky; mother, Georgia Maxine Taflinger; father, Harley Kelley; and stepfather, Charles G. “Bud” Taflinger, preceded her in death.
Funeral service was Tuesday evening, April 16, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Bro. Jerry Allen officiating. Burial was in Mitchell Cemetery on Wednesday morning.
