ORLEANS – Juliaetta Collins, 70, passed away at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, July 11, 2015, at her residence.
Born July 28, 1944, in Pekin, she was the daughter of William Dexter and Ida Elizabeth (Lewis) Milligan. She was formerly married to Robert H. Collins.
Juliaetta was a member of the Orleans Church of the Nazarene and had been employed at Smith Cabinets in Salem.

several nieces and nephews
Her parents and siblings, Rosemary Marie Knight, Blanche Esther Milligan, Mary Ada Fender, Della McCord, and Martha Elizabeth Milligan, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 11:30 a. m. Tuesday, July 14, at Haverly Funeral Chapel with Rev. Jerry Richardson officiating. Burial will be in Hickory Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday and from 10:30 a.m. until the service on Tuesday at the funeral chapel.
