OOLITIC — Kevin Don Carroll, 53, passed away at 7:25 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014, at his residence after a 13 year battle with cancer.

Born December 4, 1960, in Mitchell, he was the son of Donald Bruce and Dorothy Marie (Atchison) Carroll.

Kevin was a lawn and garden and tractor mechanic.

Survivors: fiancee and caregiver, Donna Lee, Oolitic
                                                         sons, Kyle Carroll, Paoli
                                                                    C. J. Carroll, Bedford
                                                  parents, Don and Dorothy Carroll, Mitchell
                                 adopted in-laws, Don and Eldena Lee, Fayetteville
                           assistant caregiver, Charity Turner, Bedford
                                                                    6 grandchildren

Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, January 13, at Mitchell Cemetery with Brother Dallas Lakes officiating.

Friends may call from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. Monday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
