BEDFORD – Mark Edward Key, 55, passed away Monday, January 9, 2017, at the home of his mother.

Born November 23, 1961, in Bedford, he was the son of Roy Key and Sandra (Shirley) Key Bridwell.

Mark was  farmer and an employee of Lawrence County Farm Supply.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church.

Honoring his wishes, Reverend Richard Clayton officiated at the private family graveside service on Thursday, January 12, at Lawrenceport Cemetery.

    So sorry to hear of Mark's passing. Always enjoyed talking to Mark at the feed store. Our son, Bruce used to work with Mark and was also saddened to hear of his passing also.     Mark was an exceptional individual and one the hardest working men I've known. I regret not having him as a next door neighbor for longer. He is greatly missed by all in my family, but his kindheartedness will live on forever and I am blessed to have been giving the opportunity to know him. I am so sorry for your loss.
