MITCHELL – Mary Lou Stroud, 76, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017, at Indiana University Health Bedford Hospital.
Born September 12, 1940, in Urbana, Illinois, she was the daughter of Harold and Addie (Jones) McQuown. She married Dale Allen Stroud January 23, 1960, and he preceded her in death December 2, 2012.
Mary was a U.S. Navy Veteran, and a member of the American Legion Post No. 250. She was a homemaker, and owned Country Candles.

Friends may call from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Saturday, February 11, at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Military honors will be accorded by American Legion Post No. 250 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.
