I remember the humorous comments Jiggs would make when I would request additional paperwork from him... I was working in the INDOT District Office and would send out letters he lovingly referred to as "poison pen" letters. Jiggs was a fun guy to be around.

I always enjoyed working with Jigs. I didn't get to work with him as much as I wanted. He was fair and had a great sense of humor. I enjoyed listening to his stories and the times he worked on the Ohio River. I'm sorry I won't be coming to the services or viewing. My obligations for this weekend are too tight, but my thoughts will sure be of everyone and the times we all worked for INDOT. God bless all of the family and friends. Respectfully, John Patton
