MITCHELL — Millie Charlene (Herald) Smith, 64, passed away at 9:24 a.m. Thursday, September 17, 2015, at Indiana University Health Bloomington Hospital.

Born May 2, 1951, in Ohio, she was the daughter of James Smith and Tilda (Cook) Herald.

Surviving:    siblings, Cindy Herald, Springville
Jerry Herald, Mitchell
Tom Herald, Alabama
Nancy Conley, Mitchell
Several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and  great nephews

Her parents and brother, John Allen Herald, preceded her in death.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Monday, September 21, at Mitchell Cemetery with Sister Becky Ryan officiating.
