MITCHELL — Phillip Dean Dorsett, 73, passed away at 7:40 p.m. Saturday, April 25, 2015, at his residence.

Born March 6, 1942, in Lawrence County, he was the son of George P. and Junalee (Lindsey) Dorsett.

Phillip retired from Paoli Inc.

Survivors:           sons, Michael P. Dorsett, Raytown, Missouri
                                            Steven George Dorsett, Mitchell
            grandchildren,  Christina and Carl
                                             Sandra Cattin
                                             Rodney Shoaf
                                             Gloria Shoaf
                                             five great grandchildren

His parents preceded him in death.

Cremation was chosen and there will be no visitation or service.

Dad will be greatly missed and memories of his visits to Kansas City, Mo for Christmas holidays. He had a lot stories about his adventures of his life with his parents, children, travels and working in New Mexico, Odessa, Tx and Mitchell, IN. He was proud of his sons Micheal (Tammy)Dorsett of Raytown, MO and Steven Dorsett of Indiana, his grandchildren Carl Dorsett, Christina (Chris) Dosett Gutierrez, Rodney Shoaf, Sandra (Pat) Cattin and Gloria Shoaf. Five great grandchildren.
