BEDFORD –  Ray Dean Davis, 77, passed away Sunday, January 15, 2017, at Core Nursing and Rehabilitation  of Bedford.

Born July 6, 1939, in Shoals, he was the son of Albert and Maxine (Holt) Davis.

He retired from Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane Division and was a graduate of Shoals High School.  Ray was a U. S. Navy veteran.

His parents preceded him in death.

Cremation was chosen with no service.  Burial will be at a later date.
