MITCHELL – Victor M. Graves, 54, Mitchell, passed away at 10:10 a.m. Tuesday, December 12, 2006, at his residence.
Born May 28, 1952, in Canyonville, Oregon, he was the son of Robert I. and Marilou (Black) Graves. He married Rachel Sue (Fields) Green March 20, 2004.
He was maintenance supervisor for Lawrence County and was formerly manager of the Elks Club in Bedford.
He was a U. S. Army veteran and a member of American Legion Gillen Post No. 33, Elks Club No. 826, and Jacob Finger United Methodist Church.

His parents, and sister, Julie Graves, preceded him in death.
Memorial service will be at 6:00 p.m. Thursday, December 14, at the Jacob Finger United Methodist Church with Pastor Margaret Pruden officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the fellowship hall. Burial will be at a later date in Mitchell Cemetery.
