ORLEANS Addison Lynn Ralph, infant daughter of Adam and Monica (Mann) Ralph passed away Tuesday, September 4, 2007, at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio.
She was born August 23, 2007.

Her grandfather, Tony Mann; and great grandparents, Charles and Priscilla Mann, and Paul Redd, preceded her in death.
Graveside service will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 9, at Mitchell Cemetery with Rev. Lewis Williams officiating.
