BEDFORD Barbara R. Jeffries, 73, Bedford, passed away at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2009, at Dunn Memorial Hospital in Bedford.
Born March 12, 1936, in Bedford, she was the daughter of William Edward and Nora Mae (Puckett) Jeffries.
She was formerly employed at Freeman’s Laundry and Epie’s Restaurant.

Graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, March 26, at New Union Cemetery with Brother Dirus Dustin officiating.
