Bev was a great lady and friend. I will miss her waving as I go by her house almost every day. Prayers for the family who took care of her when she needed you the most. Always remember the wonderful times with her and hold those in your heart. She's sitting in a porch swing in heaven with Jerry.

I had the privilege of growing up in the Leipsic EUB Church with all the Slaughter children. We share many happy memories. Beverly was a happy person. She and her husband were the first couple married in the new Leipsic Church after the original church burned. My husband and I were the second couple. Both couples were married a long time!! Thanks for the memories.

Debbie, Brent and everyone connected to Miss Beverly, she was an incredible lady. I remember her and Jerry from my childhood. They served the Huron Community for over 50 years. Miss Beverly was like a Mother to the kids at Huron Elementary, as well as, those that attended Huron Baptist Church. She was always willing to help out a neighbor or a fellow citizen. I know that she is rejoicing with our Lord, and of course Jerry as we speak. I will continue to pray for your family, I know that losing a parent is one of the hardest challenges we will ever have to face in life. I’m sorry I cannot be there to celebrate her life, but please know that I thinking about, you all. John Taylor, a former Huron Citizen and a friend to the Lee Family.
