MITCHELL Carl E. Massey, 72, Mitchell, passed away at 7:27 a.m. Monday, January 7, 2008, at Bloomington Hospital.
Born March 14, 1935, in Huron, he was the son of Ira and Grace (King) Massey. He married Kathleen Holt November 24, 1962.
He retired from Carpenter Body Works.

His parents; son, Gregory Dean Massey; and brother, Gordon Massey, preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 11, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Bro. Ken Wilson officiating. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 11:00 a.m. until the service on Friday at the funeral home.
