INDIANAPOLIS – Carole Lea Query, 78, passed away Wednesday, March 6, 2019, at Golden Living Center in Indianapolis.
Born November 3, 1940, in Paoli, she was the daughter of Harold and Margaret Ann (Chastain) Tuell.
Carole was a licensed practical nurse, and a graduate of Mitchell High School and Indiana University. She enjoyed caring for people and her family.

several nieces and nephews
Her parents and brothers, Louis Dale Tuell and Harold Tuell, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 9, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Following cremation, burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 a. m until the service on Saturday at Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
