I'm so sorry for your loss. I didn't find out until after the funeral or I would have came up to pay my respects in person.

Bucky, I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad and Bob grew up here in Mitchell as friends and Cindy and Cathy were good friends. I did not see Charlene often the last few years, but we always enjoying chatting when we met. God be with you during these trying times and in the future. Betty Brinkworth

Charlene is is my cousin, since I live in California from the early 70s, I did not get home to Michigan often....after my sister and Mother passed several years ago Charlene called me since we are really the last of the clan of woman and we had many great conversations about the past when we were little girls, Charlene loved her family and really appreciated all the support they gave her especially Bucky......(I saw him when he was 6 months old) and loved my Mother and sister Pat.........she will be missed, he positive attitude and faith in God was unlimited; she has now joined the rest of my family and I sure they are all very happy, we loved our Christmas's together......RIP Charlene, I love you.....Sissy......

I am very sorry to read of your loss. With Mrs. Evans accomplishments, her love and joys, she was an amazing woman! I won't pretend to know what you're going through, but what has helped me deal with the loss of those I love, is turning to the Scriptures, something that has been a real source of comfort. One Scripture that gives me hope is, John 11:25, which says, "Jesus said to her: “I am the resurrection and the life. The one who exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life." I hope that this verse will also comfort you and, I hope you and your family can get through this difficult time. Please accept my condolences for the loss of your beloved mother, grandma and friend. Sincerely, Meryl, jw.org
