MITCHELL Cynthia Lou Grace, 54, Mitchell, passed away at 3:40 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2009, at Mitchell Manor Living and Rehabilitation Center.
Born November 30, 1954 in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Harry and Betty J. (Barlow) Walther. She married Ken Grace September 12, 1999.
She had been employed West Baden Springs Hotel.

There will be no visitation.
