MITCHELL Donald Eugene Holt, 65, Mitchell, passed away at 12:30 p.m. Monday, October 18, 2010, at his residence.
Born February 17, 1945, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Menlo and Mary (Hoggatt) Holt.
He retired from Lehigh Cement Company and enjoyed horseback riding, hunting, fishing, and the outdoors. He was a member of Jacob Finger United Methodist Church.
A U. S. Army Vietnam veteran, he served in the Airborne division. He was a member of American Legion Post No. 250 and Veteran of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.

Graveside service will be at noon Thursday, October 21, at Talbott Cemetery with Rev. Eric Kersey officiating.
