MITCHELL Edward Lee Asbury, 81, Mitchell, passed away at 1:30 a.m. Sunday, March 30, 2008, at his residence.
Born February 23, 1927, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Luther Daniel and Bertha (Neeves) Asbury. He married Gladys Marie Adams November 22, 1949, and she preceded him in death June 16, 1988.
He was a self-employed carpenter.

Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, at Knott Cemetery with Rev. Carl Brown officiating.
