BEDFORD – Ember Bella Lynn Dees, 4 months, passed away Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

Born November 15, 2022, in Bedford, she was the infant daughter of Kathalene Dees.

Surviving are her mother, Kathalene Dees of Bedford; sibling, Koda Dees; grandmother, Lorita Witvoet; and grandfather, Charles Dees.

Her step-grandfather, Jonathan Witvoet preceded her in death.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Sunday, March 26, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center.  A Celebration of Life service will follow, after the visitation, at Faith Mission Church in Bedford.  Cremation has been chosen.

    Like others have said, you don't know me, but please know people all over are praying for you. Your daughter is so beautiful. So very sorry for your loss. Please reach out if you want/need to. I have also lost a child...6 year old Allison. You can feel the prayers. If you can't stand the pain, please cry out to God ( even if you are angry at Him now) for help. Just literally yell out and tell him you can't take the pain...please take it away. It takes about a second for it to happen. I am not real religious, but I do believe in God. Hope you have many happy visits with your baby when you are sleeping. She will come see you. Promise. Sending my love to you. Please let your relatives know how much hugs are still needed beyond the services. It's an easy thing to hug someone.
