BEDFORD – Gregory Lynn Wade, 59, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019, at his residence.

Born September 8, 1960, in Bedford, he was the son of Lynn and Nedra (Jackson) Wade.

Greg was employed at Morrison Metal Weld and enjoyed farming.  He graduated from Bedford North Lawrence High School in 1978.   Greg was a member of Masonic Lodge No. 14 F. & A. M. and Grand Commandery of Knights Templar.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 11, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Jim Valentine officiating.  Burial will be at a later date in Tunnelton Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. –  8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Friday at the funeral home.  

Bedford Masonic Lodge No. 14 F. & A. M. will conduct a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

    Sending love and condolences to the Wade family. Greg was always one of my favorite cousins. My best memories of him are from the time he lived in Montana. I'm sad that I wasn't able to spend more time with him. He will be missed terribly.
