SHOALS Howard Tincher, 84, Shoals, passed away at 6:47 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011, at St. Vincent Dunn Hospital in Bedford.
Born October 1, 1926, in Mitchell, he was the son of Edward and Ida Mae (Tolbert) Tincher.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church.

His parents; brothers, George Lee Tincher, Raymond Tincher and Keith Tincher; and sisters, Lola Tincher, Orpha Helen Fadler, Gladys Mae Brock, Virginia Frances Fox, and Juanita Maxine Tillett, preceded him in death.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, March 18, at Mitchell Cemetery with Bro. Greg McBride officiating.
