BEDFORDIzillah Bush, 97, Bedford, formerly of the Buddha community, passed away at 11:10 a.m. Monday, May 31, 2010, at Westview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
Born May 22, 1913, in Tunnelton, she was the daughter of Thomas Joshua and Myrtle (Jean) Faris. She married Milo Bush June 11, 1932, and he preceded her in death January 16, 2010.
She was a homemaker and had been employed at M. Fine and Sons and Trav-Ler Radio Corporation. She graduated from Campbellsburg High School in 1931, and was a member of Tunnelton United Methodist Church. Izillah was a founding member of the Pink Ladies at Dunn Memorial Hospital.

Her parents; husband; sisters, Ellen Hobson, Rachel Starr, Anna Mary Gabbert, Nona Haley, and Katherine Wade; and brother, Ernest Faris, preceded her in death.
A graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at Tunnelton Cemetery with Rev. Brad Clark officiating.
