MITCHELL – Kevin Scott Bowden, 53, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2020, at his residence.

Born November 11, 1966, in Bedford, he was the son of Jerry Albert and Sharon Kay (Asbury) Bowden.

Kevin was employed in construction.

children,
Justin Scott Bowden of Mitchell
Timothy Joe Page Bowden of Fayetteville
 Carrie Renee Tolbert of Mitchell
 8 grandchildren

His parents; daughter, Jennifer Kay Bowden; and brother, Jerry Craig Bowden, preceded him in death.

Graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, January 14,  at Mitchell Cemetery.

    Kevin it was hard to believe when I heard you where gone. I have known you since high school and its hard to believe all the friends that have been lost.     I am not sure what to say because there is no real words of comfort in a time like this. I have known Kevin since I was a child and raised with his children and my heart breaks for them. There is absolutely nothing like losing a parent and I am genuinely sorry for this great loss. Love and prayers for everyone and may Kevin rest easy with the angels.
