MITCHELL – Linda Lou Lentz, 72, passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019, at her residence.

Born July 22, 1946, in Bloomington, she was the daughter of Sherwin and Viola (Hupp) Schmidt.  She married Thomas Lee Lentz September 19, 1987.

Linda retired from RCA.  She loved her family and enjoyed going to the casino and playing bingo.

Her father; mother, Viola Adkins; and sister, Donetta Johnson, preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 28, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Reverend Charlie and Carol Johnson officiating.  Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Wednesday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Thursday at the funeral home.
