BEDFORD, IN Lowell Howard Rosie Roshon, 80, 530 Skyline Drive, Bedford, went to be with the Lord at 7:25 p.m. Thursday, September 27, 2007, at his residence, surrounded by his family.

Born August 7, 1927, in Baltimore, Ohio, he was the son of Leonard and Leda (VanArsdalen) Roshon. He married Jacqueline Robinson June 12, 1948, and she preceded him in death July 24, 2003. He married Rose Ann (Mayo) Lane March 9, 2005.

He graduated from Baltimore High School in 1945, and established Sky Top Housing Development in Lancaster, Ohio. In 1965 the family moved to Mitchell where he formed Roshon Builders and owned and operated Bow Kay Flower Shop for 27 years. He was a charter member of the Mitchell-Orleans Exchange Club.

Lowell was U. S. Army veteran of World War II and a member of Cecil C. Martin American Legion Post No. 250.

His parents; first wife; and daughter, Virginia Ann Roshon, preceded him in death.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 1, at Grace Full Gospel Church where he was a member. Pastor Brent ONeal will officiate. Burial will be in Mitchell Cemetery with military honors accorded by Cecil C. Martin American Legion Post No. 250 and Marvin R. Davis Veterans of Foreign Wars Post No. 9107.

Friends may call from 2:00-7:00 p.m. Sunday at Chastain Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until the service on Monday at the church.
