MITCHELL – Luther Dale Asbury, 64, passed away Saturday, August 15, 2020, at Mitchell Manor.
Born July 23, 1956, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Jesse D. and Milinda Elon (Embree) Asbury.
He had been employed at Bedford Recycling.
