My heart goes out to you Gayle, Cara & Brandi, I am so saddened to hear of Matt's passing, he was truly a good man who loved his family beyond measure. He was kind, caring & thoughtful & he just had this sparkle whenever he talked about the grandkids, he always treated me with nothing but respect no matter what I had going on in my life & now he is up there with Summer looking down on you all. God bless!

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. I didn't know Matt well, but from the time I did get to spend with him and Gail, it was obvious how much he loved his entire family. I will be praying for Gail, Matt's girls, and all of his grandchildren, plus all of his friends and loved ones. I'm so so sorry.

Aunt Gayle, Brandi and Cara, There are no words to express the heartbreak I feel at the loss of my Uncle Matt, so I can only imagine that it’s a million times worse for all of you. He was one of the most kindest, gentlest souls. With that shy smile and those gentle brown eyes. He will be greatly missed by us all. Fly high among the angels sweet man. Tell my daddy and my Bub we said hi and may all of you watch over all of us.

I only have known Matt for a short time, but I felt loved and welcomed from the first moment that Cara introduced me to the family. He and the rest of the family welcomed myself, Ray, and Sarah into their hearts as if we were always there. Matt was the poster person for being a selfless person and putting all others above your own needs and wants. Matt was a teacher without knowing it, a leader by showing the way, and a giant in the eyes of everyone who knew him. God speed Matt,

To Aunt Gayle, Brandi, and Cara, to Aunt Lillian, Uncle Morris and Uncle Doug, sending prayers and hugs during this difficult time. Uncle Matt was one of those peaceful and kind souls that you rarely have the opportunity to meet, let alone to be able to call them "family".. He will forever be remembered and loved by all of his family and friends. Fly high, Uncle Matt! You deserve the wings you received. Love to all. Mary Jane
