MITCHELL Molly E. Mannix Ramey, 66, Mitchell, passed away peacefully at her home at 2:15 p.m. on Sunday, October 19, 2008, surrounded by her loving family.
Born June 3, 1942, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Buford E. and Martha R. (Carpenter) Mannix. She married Max Ramey September 13, 1965.
She was a nurse and had been employed at Hospitality House in Bloomington.
Molly was a member of the Jacob Finger United Methodist Church, Indiana Nurses Association, and Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Tri Kappa.

Her parents; one son, Donovan Glen Ramey; and brothers, Buford Lynn Mannix, Michael Ralph Mannix, and Larry Mannix, preceded her in death.
A memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 22, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Father Carl Beekman, Jr. officiating.
Friends may call from 5:00 p.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
