MITCHELL – Nellie Mae Mullins, 69, passed away at 11:32 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2015, at Indiana University Health Paoli Hospital.
Born November 6, 1945, in Loogootee, she was the daughter of Russell and Rosa (Sheetz) Kelsey. She married Merle Wilson Mullins October 14, 1984.
She was a graduate of Shoals High School, Class of 1963. Nellie served 16 years as a hospice chaplain and was a member of East Oolitic Community Church.

Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 20, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Pastor Millard Jones officiating. Burial will be in Lawrenceport Cemetery.
Friends may call from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Monday and from 10:00 a.m. until the service on Tuesday at the funeral home.
