BEDFORD Paul Eugene Coulter, 64, passed away at 8:45 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2011, at Garden Villa in Bedford.
Born June 22, 1947, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Earl and Ruby (Beasley) Coulter, Jr. He married Shirley Wolfe January 19, 1988 and she preceded him in death October 29, 1996.

His parents; wife; and brother, Larry Coulter, preceded him in death.
Burial was in Mitchell Cemetery Friday afternoon, July 22, 2011.
