MITCHELL – Phyllis C. Jacobs, 75, Mitchell, formerly of LaGrange, Illinois, passed away at 11:05 a.m. Saturday, October 13, 2007, at Methodist Hospital, Indianapolis.
Born September 4, 1932, in Breda, Iowa, she was the daughter of Dr. Lawrence W. and Margaret (Glenn) Bohnenkamp.
She was a legal secretary at the Bell Boyd and Lloyd Law Firm in LaGrange, Illinois.
