I grew up attending church with Ray and Dixie. He was always kind and generous to me and my family. Although, I moved away from Mitchell several years ago, I thought of Ray often. His passing is a loss to the community and all of the individual lives he touched. Our deepest sympathies are with Bambi and the entire family.
