MITCHELL — Ric McCart, 53, Mitchell, passed away at 6:24 p.m. Thursday, December 10, 2009, at Bloomington Hospital.
Born June 7, 1956, in Bedford, he was the son of Norman and Harriett (McQueen) McCart. He married Tammy (Miracle) Sowders December 10, 2004.
He graduated from Mitchell High School in 1974 and attended Indiana University. Ric was employed in sales.

Cremation was chosen.
A memorial service will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 22, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home with Rev. Dwight Dunbar officiating.
