MITCHELL Ruth Jolley Moore, 95, passed away at 9:05 a.m. Monday, April 16, 2012, at StoneBridge Health Campus in Bedford.
Born October 31, 1916, in Lawrence County, she was the daughter of Ralph and Murl (Miller) Jolley. She married Thad Moore November 19, 1940, and he preceded her in death August 7, 2008.
She was a homemaker and a graduate of Mitchell High School in 1935.

Her parents; husband; and sister, Agatha Chastain, preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home and Cremation Center with Roger Davis officiating. Graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday at Mitchell Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
