Jim and family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Sherry was such sweet gal. I remember Sherry and I taking piano lessons from Mrs. Odon and playing a duet together for our recital one year. I couldn't hold a candle to her when we played - she had such a talent! You will be in my prayers!

What great memories of spending time with Sherry and all of your family--on Rabbitsville Road, at the Mitchell Wesleyan Church, at Big Ridge, on your farm and in your home. Sherry was such a fun, loving person. I can hear her laughing boisterously while we played games or sang around the piano or rode in the car. Our prayers are with all of you.

I attend school in Mitchell, after having to transfer from Huron, when I was in the 7th grade. Sherry was always there when you needed a friend. She was a fine lady and I am sure she will be missed by all who knew her. You have your wings, Sherry!

Sherry and Tom rode my dad's (John Chastain) school bus route in Mitchell. Sherry and I sat together on the bus for many, many years and grew up singing songs on the bus to pass the time. We graduated in 1972, and we talked at class reunions and on Facebook over the years. Sherry was a dear, sweet, and talented person who always had kind words and a wonderful smile. She will be missed by so many, but I know she is at peace. My thoughts and prayers are with her family.
