As you all probably realize, sweet comments (at a difficult time as this), will always be cherished by our family. Thank you, on behalf of all of us- - It hardly seems enough, but means the world.to each of us. 💞

Ted Parker family, I am so sorry about your father/grandfather/great-grandfather. I have so many wonderful fond memories of Ted from when I played fast pitch softball. I remember one time he had a shirt made for me that said perfect because I was the only one on the team at that time that had perfect attendance. Another time I played exceptionally well at one of our games and he had everyone sign the softball for me and gave it to me. Those are two moments that gave me some confidence that i lacked at the time. And I will not forget that. Today I smashed my finger in a drawer and remembered the time I got my fingers stuck in one of the exercise machines at school and Ted had to get my fingers out from under the weights. Ted will be truly missed in the community. Thinking of you all. <3

To The Parker Family, I am so sorry for your loss of Ted. Ted was one of my very special helpers. He loved Christmas and loved children and I have it direct from him that he loved all of you more than you will ever know. You may not know that when my special helpers go to heaven they go with me every Christmas Eve all over the world to help to deliver presents. (That's part of the magic). So when your feeling sad and missing him so very much know that every Christmas Eve for the rest of eternity Ted will be visiting you and your children and your children's children, riding in my sleigh. When your asleep on Christmas Eve he will leave a kiss on your forehead. So remember him and in his honor love each other and be good because Ted will be going over the naughty and nice list with me from now on and I am sure he will be looking for your names. All my love, Santa

My deepest condolences to the family. Unfortunately won’t be able to attend services as we are in Naples, but wanted to send my heart-felt prayers. Ted was a special person to the Powell family and dad absolutely thought the world of him. So glad that dad had the chance to visit with Ted a couple weeks ago. A great man has been lost and will be missed, but we can all take comfort that he is in a better place with no more pain and suffering. My thoughts will be with you Monday and Tuesday. Best, Phil Powell

Uncle Ted will be missed. He was a great guy. Always loved visiting with him. I wish we could have spent more time together throughout life. Thank you for your service, which was a big part of my inspiration to join the Marines. I wish we could have spent time talking about that part of your life and mine. Our time together was too short.
