SHOALS Virginia Sue Longest, 62, Shoals, passed away at 7:00 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2008, at her residence.
Born October 10, 1946, in Monroe County, she was the daughter of Lawrence and Frances (Tincher) Fox. She married John Longest April 25, 1981.
She was previously employed at Bailey Shoe Company and was a hotel housekeeper.
Virginia Sue was a member of God’s Place.

Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, October 17, at Spice Valley Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Clifford F. Hester II officiating.
