BEDFORD – Ann H. Ray, 72, passed away at 4:30 a.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014, at Johnson Christian Village in Bedford.

Born October 16, 1941, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Frank S. and Ruth (Henderson) Kruchten. She married Ed Ray June 11, 1961.

She was a homemaker and a graduate of Bedford High School in 1959. Ann graduated from Indiana Business College, and was a member of the Bryantsville Extension Homemakers Club. She served as a Lawrence County Tourism Guide.

                          son, Kyle (Kim) Ray, Bedford
                grandsons, Caleb and Eli

Her parents preceded her in death.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 15, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Brother Richard Holt officiating. Burial will be in Bryantsville Church of Christ Cemetery.

Friends may call from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
