MITCHELL Clayton Albert Al Coleman, 90, Mitchell, passed away at 12:45 p.m. Monday, August 2, 2010, at Bloomington Hospital of Orange County in Paoli.

Born April 29, 1920, in Montpelier, he was the son of Edward and Sarah (Evers) Coleman. He married Frances Louise Lou (Roop) Reynolds October 21, 1966.

He retired from Mitchell Transport and then did carpentry work. He was a member of Fishing Creek Chapel and had attended the Nazarene Church in Montpelier.

Al was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II.

His parents; first wife, Agnes; and eight children preceded him in death.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 6, at Keplinger Funeral Home in Hartford City with Glenn Morman officiating. Burial will be in Twin Hill Cemetery in Pennville with military rites at the graveside.

Friends may call at Chastain Funeral Home on Wednesday, August 4, from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and Thursday, at Keplinger Funeral Home, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Friday.
