MITCHELL — Donald L. Connerley, 76, passed away at 8:56 p.m. Friday, March 14, 2014, at his residence.
Born June 29, 1937, in Lawrence County, he was the son of Floyd A. and Mildred Edith (Dorsett) Connerley. He married Judith Howell May 11, 1962.
Donald retired from Dana Corporation and was a 1955 graduate of Huron High School.
He was a U. S. Army veteran. He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and had attended Bethel Community Church.

His parents preceded him in death.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, in the Memorial Chapel of Chastain Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Father Rick Eldred, Deacon Dave Reising, and Bro. David Conley officiating. Burial will be in Connerley Switch Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 9:00 a.m. until the service on Wednesday at the funeral home.
